HOW BIG ARE YOUR CAKES?

Each of our cakes is custom made to serve the amount of guests that will be attending your event. We offer single tier cakes as well as 2, 3, and 4+ tier cakes in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Please note: Each of our standard cake tiers is approximately 5" tall (three layers of cake, two layers of filling) and each serving size is 1"x 2".

HOW FAR AHEAD DO I NEED TO ORDER?

Analy's Bakery books orders up to 3 months in advance. Once a date is fully booked, we are unable to take on anymore orders, so we recommend placing yours as soon as possible.

Waiting until the last minute (1-2 weeks before your event) is not recommended, but in the event that we have an opening, we would be more than happy to fulfill your request.

DO YOU OFFER ANYTHING VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE OR NUT FREE?

We currently do not offer any gluten free or vegan cake options.

Please note that although not all of our cakes contain nuts, they are all produced in a kitchen where nuts are regularly used in other menu items.

DO YOU NEED A DEPOSIT FOR MY ORDER?

Yes. The lesser of 50% of your total or $100 as a deposit will secure your date on our calendar. The remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to the event. In the event that an order is placed less than 2 weeks prior to the event, it must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

CAN YOU DELIVER MY CAKE?

Yes. Delivery is available upon request at an additional charge. The amount varies depending on the distance from our Anaheim bakery to the venue. Please include your venue address or zip code with your request, so that we can provide pricing.

Pick up is available at no charge from our Anaheim bakery, but strictly for cakes 2 tiers and under and cupcakes.

BESIDES CAKE, WHAT OTHER ITEMS DO YOU OFFER?

At the moment, Analy's Bakery offers custom cakes and cupcakes. Cupcakes can be added to any order with a minimum order of two dozen.
